Succeeded in holding China International Oil & Gas Pipeline Technology Conference 2004 and China International Oil & Gas Pipeline Technology Conference (Integrity) & Exposition 2005, Petroleum Storage and Transportation Committee of Chinese Petroleum Society (PSTC), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and PetroChina Pipeline Company (PPC) and will jointly hold China International Oil & Gas Pipeline Conference 2009 this year.

In view of the problems existed in the current construction, operation, management and maintenance of oil & gas pipelines, the Conference will focus on the technologies ensuring pipeline safety management and operation, with emphasis on the trouble-shooting of the related areas, such as, pipeline transportation process, pipeline integrity management, and the relationship between pipeline construction safety management and pipeline design. On the occasion, this Conference will invite experts and technicians from domestic and international pipeline operating companies, research institutions, major universities, pipeline service companies, pipeline contractors, pipeline technology providers, pipeline-related product suppliers and consulting service companies to make presentations and release product information, sharing and exchanging experiences of pipeline construction, operation, management and maintenance.
